The government provides a monthly stipend of Rs 250/- for 75 senior citizens living in Pannila postal area, however this is not sufficient to manage cost of living. Consequently Lions Club of Colombo Centennial started a monthly cash donation project to be a relief to their cost of living. This a monthly recurring project to set par with government pay day.
